Echinocereus reichenbachii minor

 
The body is green, but you won't see much of it since the gold spines with red tips are so thick. It's the spines that give the plant its color and it's beautiful appearance. When it flowers, you will enjoy a large magenta colored flower with gold stamens and a green stigma. This plant is beautiful year round. The "minor" form means it will stay shorter than the normal E. reichenbachii, growing to about 4 or 5" tall.
