| It's a beautiful plant in its juvenile state, and will stay that way as it grows. The body is a pretty powder blue and the yellow spines contrast nicely. The plant will grow to over 20 feet tall and usually stay solitary. Be sure to allow enough room if you add this beauty to your landscape. Aside from the bright yellow spines, each areolea has long white hairs. ("Piloso" means hairy.) Every greenhouse and landscape should have a hairy Cereus in it! |
